"醉"鬧公車! 男揮拳怒毆司機

乘客失控、司機倒楣！台北一名男子喝醉酒搭公車，卻在車子裡走來走去，司機擔心他摔傷，提醒他坐在位子上，反而引來男子不滿，衝上前毆打駕駛，司機乾脆停下車，兩人就在車上、打成一團，最後互相提告。

公車停在路邊，但可怕的是車上的畫面，公車駕駛座後方站著一名男姓乘客，看起來像是用手掐住司機脖子，好心民眾上前勸架，但乘客根本不聽，等車子一停好，司機再也忍不住怒火，站起來用手揪著男性乘客衣服，兩人面紅耳赤互不相讓，司機用手架在乘客脖子上，而男乘客兩隻手，緊抓住欄杆，一度想掙脫，馬上被阻止，好心乘客繼續勸還是沒辦法阻止。

怎麼會打在一起，原來是乘客喝醉了，司機好心提醒卻反而被乘客揮拳打傷，西園路派出所副所長陳富貞，員警趕往現場處理，公車司機等酒醉乘客一下車，馬上開車載著其他乘客離開，兩人都不願合解互相提告。

客運業者 SOP，乘客喝酒搭車，在車上走來走去擾亂秩序，影響其他乘客權益，司機勸導卻反而被說態度不佳，還被乘客先動手打傷，雙方都有理由不肯和解，現在對錯只能交給法官判決。
